Jonah turned 6 months this last week. He's huge and fun and messy and drooly and squealy. (Except for the last 2 days while he's has double ear infections. Cranky and screechy is all I can say.) But on any other day, he wakes up happy and laughing. And I swear he's giving me hugs when he buries his head into my shoulder and tangles his fingers into my hair. His spitting up is starting to slow down to a more tolerable stream (most of the time) and he definitely recognizes his name. He can roll over with the best of them and sleep all night long. A friend asked me yesterday how we were all adjusting to having a new baby after all these years and all I could do is smile and say, It's an adjustment we have all loved to make.
6 months! How can it be? We need to get together...
